Hi, I’m Monique Padilla—your trusted real estate guide and biggest advocate in the home-buying and selling journey! As an experienced associate broker with Coldwell Banker Legacy and a proud Albuquerque native, I know this market inside and out. My passion is helping people turn their home-ownership dreams into reality, whether it’s finding the perfect first home, upgrading to something new, or making a smart investment in New Mexico.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of New Mexico, which gave me a deep appreciation for people, cultures, and the communities that bring us together. That background, combined with my years in real estate, allows me to connect with my clients in a meaningful way and provide expert guidance every step of the way.

Beyond real estate, I’m passionate about supporting fellow brokers and strengthening our industry. As a member of GAAR’s Ambassador Program (GAP) Committee, I help agents embrace the tools they need to be successful, creatinga better experience for both professionals and the communities we serve. Staying active in local and national real estate organizations allows me to provide my clients with the best resources, insights, and market strategies.

When I’m not working hard for my clients, you can find me enjoying everything New Mexico has to offer—hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, or perfecting my latest Italian dish in the kitchen.
